We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags, and proof of purchase. To request a return, email wahid@refinecore.info. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted. Once approved, you’ll receive a return label and instructions. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported immediately upon receipt. Non-returnable items include perishables, custom or personal care products, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards. For EU customers, a 14-day cancellation right applies.
